Privacy Policy

To secure your booking with Nikki Glajz Photography, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session. Deposits may be transferred once to a new date with at least 14 days’ notice; cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the deposit. Edited images are delivered within 5–7 business days, and raw files are not provided. Clients automatically receive usage rights once final images are delivered (a physical license release is not issued unless requested) and may freely use their images for personal and business purposes such as websites, social media, and marketing materials. Images may not be resold, heavily altered, or used for resale purposes without written permission. Nikki Glajz Photography retains copyright and reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
